As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Austria has made significant progress in its digital health sector. The country has implemented various eHealth initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes. Austria has a well-developed electronic health record (EHR) system that allows healthcare providers to access and exchange patient information securely. Telemedicine services have also gained prominence, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling remote consultations and reducing the burden on healthcare facilities. The Austrian government has been actively investing in digital health infrastructure and promoting innovation in healthcare technologies.
