As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the digital health situation in Kyrgyzstan was gradually evolving. Efforts were being made to improve healthcare services through the implementation of electronic health records and telemedicine initiatives. However, there were still challenges in terms of infrastructure, access to healthcare in rural areas, and data privacy concerns.
