🇹🇰 Tokelau - Tokelau - 1,319 (2016 Census) - Tokelau is a dependent territory of New Zealand and consists of three coral atolls in the South Pacific Ocean. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Tokelau has been working towards improving its digital health situation. Efforts have been made to enhance telemedicine services, digitize health records, and improve access to healthcare information through digital platforms. The use of technology is helping to bridge the geographical distance and improve healthcare delivery in Tokelau.
